About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, AI-forward software engineer to help build and scale the systems powering our platform.

This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity. You’ll work on challenging problems involving large-scale information processing, LLM-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and system performance.

You’ll have meaningful ownership, work closely with a small team, and help shape how our technology evolves as we grow. We value strong technical judgment, creative problem-solving, and the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into practical solutions.

About Us

The Cyber Health Company empowers individuals with products and security experts to improve their cybersecurity, digital privacy and digital hygiene. We unapologetically offer human customer service. We believe that in 2026, cybersecurity and digital privacy are not features but a primary value proposition.

We work directly with individuals and families but are often sponsored by companies to support their senior team’s personal cybersecurity outside the corporate environment. Similar to covered healthcare, we are paid for by an employer but privacy-preserving with each executive.

Founded in 2021, we raised capital from top-tier venture capital funds who seeded Square, Airbnb, Uber, GitLab, Authy and Digital Ocean. We are proudly based in New York City.

Experience & Technical Skills

We’re interested in candidates with experience in several of the following areas:

• Backend software engineering, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript
• Building and maintaining APIs and data pipelines
• LLM applications, AI agents, or AI-powered workflows
• Data extraction, information retrieval, or web data processing
• Cloud infrastructure and application deployment
• Database design and performance optimization
• AI evaluation, automation, or distributed systems
